- Double cream
- Condensed milk
- Vanilla extract
- Strawberry extract
- Full-fat coconut milk
- Vegan Condensed milk
How to make vegan ice-cream:
- STEP 1: Start by whipping up double cream for about 2-3 minutes until the cream forms soft peaks.
- STEP 2: Add in your vegan condensed milk cream Ensure that both ingredients are very cold when you combine them so they come together.
- STEP 3: Add in your strawberry extract, which is optional, and then whisk for 2-3 minutes until you have stiff peaks.
- STEP 4: Chop your strawberries and then add them for that crunchiness.
