GARLIC AND HONEY IMMUNE BOOSTER
Since we are going into winter times now, and it is getting a bit chilly. We are trying to keep ourselves healthy, but you know sometimes it is difficult to do, especially when you feel that sore through coming along.So we going to show you how to make a garlic and honey immune booster!
This is what you’ll need:
- Head of garlic
Let’s get creating!
Step 1: Cut your head of garlic in half and so that you have a top and a bottom. Microwave it for ten seconds s that the skin is easy to remove.
Step 2: Put the garlic in a glass jar.
Step 3: Fill the jar, 2/3 full with honey.
Step 4: Close the jar, turn it upside down and let it ferment for 3 – 4 days.
Garlic and honey are excellent immune boosters
So make sure to take one tablespoon of the mixture everyday to stay healthy.🙂
