Nelson Mandela taught us that forgiveness is the key to focusing on moving forward. It is important for us to understand squad, that learning to let go and forgive may take time. The lesson is to keep trying, making the effort, and understanding forgiveness and loving kindness. Anger plus anger, only creates more anger. So today on the show, our create today is writing an apology letter.

What youll need:

  • Markers
  • Colour Paper
  • Peace symbol cut out
  • Glitter for decorations
  • Glue

How to make it:

  • Step 1: Fold the colour paper in half.
  • Step 2: take your marker and write your apology note in it. This can be for anything that you did wrong, for example, earlier today, I yelled at my sister. So I will say To my sister, I am sorry that I yelled at you today. I was just a little bit upset because I had a bad day at school.
